1. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

When you complete a contact form, create an account, or subscribe, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and other necessary details.

If you contact us directly (e.g., by email or support request), we may collect the content of your message and any additional information you provide.

Our tools may allow you to enter and save information about your own contacts (such as prospective clients or borrowers). This may include first name, last name, phone number, email address, state, and financial details such as loan amounts or payment amounts. This information is stored in your account so you can return to it later.

b. Information We Automatically Collect

Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data (e.g., pages visited, time on site) through analytics tools.

c. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not request or store sensitive identifiers such as Social Security Numbers, bank account numbers, or financial institution account numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, operate, and improve our Services.

Process payments and manage subscriptions.

Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

Send administrative updates (e.g., service announcements, billing notices).

Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information—or your contacts’ information—to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information:

With service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) who assist in delivering our Services.

For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

In connection with a business transfer (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), in which case your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4. Payments

We use a trusted third-party payment processor, Stripe, to handle all payments securely. We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Payment information you provide is processed directly by Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

5. User Accounts and Confidentiality

Saved contact information (such as details about your prospective clients or borrowers) is confidential to you and is only accessible through your login credentials. Other users, including account administrators, do not have access to your saved contact information.

However, account administrators do have the ability to manage user accounts, including removing or deleting accounts. If your account is deleted by an administrator, you may lose access to your saved contact information, and that data may be deleted along with your account. While REVERSE plus does not delete this information except as required by law, administrators of your organization’s account have the ability to do so.
