Our Retirement Mortgage Professionals (RMP) lead the industry in degree of expertise because they exclusively sell reverse mortgages, HECM and proprietary. Each RMP serves multiple markets, including homeowners, realtors, financial professionals, and builders. Our RMPs close more than 5 reverse mortgages per month with our proven system.
We have a team to provide sales, marketing, and operations support. We provide leads to our RMPs and help them develop their respective market with in-person and remote client and group interaction. We offer weekly group peer-to-peer meetings, sales training, innovative programs, and weekly coaching to each RMP.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate clients aged 62+ on the benefits, risks, and mechanics of reverse mortgages
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine product suitability
- Present both HECM and proprietary reverse mortgage options with clarity and empathy
- Manage the loan process from application through closing, ensuring compliance with HUD rules and corporate policies
- Build relationships with financial advisors, realtors, forward loan officers, and senior-focused organizations to generate referrals
- Stay current on reverse mortgage regulations, product updates, and market trends
- Maintain your records in our CRM in accordance with company standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a consultative, solutions-based approach
Qualifications
- NMLS license required
- 2+ years of mortgage lending experience (reverse mortgage experience preferred)
- Deep understanding of HECM guidelines and proprietary reverse mortgage products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior clientele
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, reassuring terms
- Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach
- Proficiency in loan origination systems and CRM platforms
